Online Experience
My earliest experiences with the Internet were self-taught. Even back then I saw the limitless potential of the medium. After studying computers in high school and the first part of college, I decided to take a web design class at Kent State. It was this class that led me to start my own company, for the first time harnessing the power of the Internet professionally.
After learning about how radio and the web compliment each other at Clear Channel and CBS, I spent several years selling in purely digital environments. Whether at Patch, ReachLocal, Cleveland.com or YAC Social, my goal never changed: help local businesses connect with customers.
Today I am privileged to share my digital knowledge with companies by helping them configure Zendesk at 729 Solutions.
